Rottnest Fast Ferries

Rottnest Fast Ferries operate the ferry transfer service to Rottnest Island from Hillarys Boat Harbour, in Perth, Western Australia.

Rottnest is a great destination and possibly the most beautiful island in Western Australia. At just over 11 miles off the coast of Perth, you’ll speed across the water in the fully air-conditioned comfort of the Rottnest fast ferry, MV Seaflyte.

The 35 metre long Seaflyte ferry can seat up to 300 passengers across its seating decks, inside and out and also features a licensed bar serving drinks and snacks.

The fast ferry service departs Hillarys Boat Harbour sailing to the Island Jetty on the east side of Rottnest up to four times daily in each direction, with less crossings operating out of season.

Hillarys Boat Harbour is around 20 mins drive north of the Perth CBD and can be found at the end of Hepburn Avenue, with free parking available on the south side of the boat harbour. If you don’t have a car then head for the Greenwood Train Station and catch the number 456 Bus to the port. If you are catching public transport, please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the harbour. There is also an option of a free coach transfer between your hotel and the ferry terminal, available on request.

directferries.com.au provides an impartial ferry comparison service allowing you to view numerous ferry company timetables and fares in one quick and easy search. Compare Rottnest Fast Ferries timetables and prices now with all alternative ferry operators before booking your ferry ticket.
